Rebuilding ca GPGMiniHowto

Hi Josep,

I found out that all the links of generated HTML pages of your 
translated GPG Mini Howto point to GPGMiniHowto_ca*.html while the 
current filenames are of the form GPGMiniHowto*.html (without the "_ca" 
suffix).  See, for example 
<http://www.gnupg.org/howtos/ca/GPGMiniHowto.html>.

In case you lost them, you can find the source SGML code and a Makefile 
here: <http://www.gnupg.org/howtos/ca/>.  You can also check them out 
from the online CVS repository: cvs.gnupg.org.
