From openpgp-2015-rfc4880bis-02 to librepgp-00

Hi!

Somehow I lost the comments I planned to insert at the op of the
attachment.

The attached diff was generated by removing some standard strings:

  sed '/^[A-Z].*Expires /d;/^Internet-Draft.*PGP/d' \
    | awk '/^$/ && skip {skip--;next}
           /^$/ {count++; next}
           /\f/ {count=0;skip=2;next}
                {while (count) {print ""; count--};print}' \
    | sed '/^Table of Contents/,/Author.*Address/d'

and replacing "LibrePGP" by "OpenPGP" so that the diff is not flooded
with this naming change.  Don't mind funny things like "OpenPGP and
OpenPGP" which is actually "LibrePGP and OpenPGP".
