[mod_gnutls-devel] httpd is crashing while reloading apache 2.4 if mod_gnutls and mod_php is loaded

I'd suggest to report that to the mod_gnutls EPEL 7 package. The best
way to debug this is to run apache -X under a debugger or valgrind and
send the backtrace.
