GPA 0.4.1 or GPA new snapshot ?

please send in any improvements of the language file.
I will immediately check in changes.

The current gnupg got incompatible with the versions
gpa 0.4.0 expects. I am not sure when gpa will get improved
to consider the new gnupg. However, if you need a new gpa
release with better french language we can release
a new (minor) version which still corresponds to the
older gnupg release (to help the doctors :-).
