Resignation of Treasurer

I was sad to see you resign as I was looking forward to build up the Verein 
together with you and have us take more and more responsibility from Werner's 
shoulders. Well, thanks for your work and hopefully you will still stay a 
member and help as a member :-)

Anyhow. The problematic thing is now that according to our constitution the 
Board consists of three members. So we think that we need a replacement before 
the board can officially act.

Werner and me will ask the lawyer who assisted us with our constitution how we 
can proceed now. We will probably need an extraordinary membership assembly to 
vote in a new board member. We are hoping that we can do this without an in 
person meeting. We'll let you know if we have a clear plan for that.

Then there is the question of who wants to take over from Marcus? Any 
volunteers? We are open to hiring a part time office person to handle the day to 
day workings of a cashier to minimize the workload but someone will have to 
oversee that (sign stuff etc.)

The bad thing is that especially for this post german language and probably 
some experience in german "Verein" is necessary or at least a big advantage 
:-/ So we are currently even open to adding a new member to take over this 
post.

As Werner is going on Vacation and he has the contacts moving forward on this 
will be delayed until the end of this month when Werner returns.
