I would suggsted to have a gnupg.org/verein arc.  For now we can put the
pages into the gnupg-doc repo.  However that is only required for
org-mode pages.  Uploading a PDF would even be simpler (maybe into the
ftp space - it is https: accessible)?

Regatding the translation of "Verein":

 Verein \Ver*ein"\, n. [G.]
     A union, association, or society; -- used in names of German
     organizations.
     [Webster 1913 Suppl.]

Okay, we are not a "union".  "Association" seems to be okay.  Can any
native speaker explain "society" (e.g. there is the IEEE Computer
Society).
