I just fixed that.  See git.gnupg.org under "others"

The mailing list archive is member-only - can we make it open?  I think
it is better to do that sooner than later so that we do not need to ask
all posters whether they agree to have their old posts published.

 - Marcus
 - Werner - okay to publish.
