See, there has been not much activity yet.  I will remember to sign the
key the next time I fire up my CA laptop.

Shame on me: trying to propagating the web key directory and not
publishing that key.  Just did this, so

$ /usr/local/libexec/gpg-wks-client -v --check board at gnupg.org
gpg-wks-client: public key for 'board at gnupg.org' found via WKD
gpg-wks-client: gpg: Total number processed: 1
