Additional side note: I prefer "membership dues" (sounds more like a union or a membership organization) over "membership fees" (sounds more like a gymnasium, health club, or industry consortium). Except that we need to discuss how to move the donations from g10 Code to the Verein. For this Verein the membership dues/fees are als also tax exempted in Germany (and in theory in the whole EU).
