Invitation to the GnuPG e.V. general meeting 2019

Dear members of the GnuPG e.V.,

as chairperson of the board I am glad to invite you to the general
meeting 2019 of the GnuPG e.V.  The meeting will take place on 

  Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 18:30 CET

at

  Université libre de Bruxelles
  Campus du Solbosch
  Avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt 50
  1050 Bruxelles
  Belgium

  We meet in the K building at the main info desk.

with the following agenda:

  * Greeting
  * Determination of resolution-ability
  * Report of the board for the last year
  * Formal approval of the board's actions
  * Election of the chairperson
  * Miscellaneous
  * Closing

Additional topics for the agenda can be requested until January 31 by
mail to board at gnupg dot org.  More information on the agenda will be
send by follow-up mails.

Please note that members may delegate their voting rights to other
members.  A single member may represent the votes of up to three other
members.  A signed mail to board at gnupg dot org will be accepted as
written form.  Please contact the delegate beforehand to make sure s/he
is willing to vote instead of you.
