If we manage to run one, I hereby apply to do it for and in the name of the GnuPG e.Verein. Details: Intevation will cover the costs so far as contribution to the Verein. (We try to find out what the costs are anyway. Unless somebody knows.) If the Verein wants admin access, to pick up the costs or anything else, it can be done later.) I've discussed this with Werner, we still think that public keyservers are not the best solution in the long term, but in the shortterm we would be happy if Intevation would run a keyserver.
