 From my perspective i would like to split the funds a bit but as 
discussed with Andre it should fit the ideas of the Verein.

I agree with Bernhard, that there are some potential topics in future 
but with no  maintainers it make no sense to keep it alive artificially.

I personally would suggest a "funeral feast" with dissolving but ... :-)
