as representative of the board I am glad to invite you to the general
meeting 2024 of the GnuPG e.V.  The meeting will take place on 

  Saturday, August 17th, 2024 at 20:00 CET

  Grantham-Allee 20
  53757 Sankt Augustin
  Germany

  We meet at the g10 Code booth in the main building.

with the following agenda:

  * Greeting
  * Determination of resolution-ability
  * Report of the board
  * Formal approval of the board's actions
  * Dissolution of the Verein
  * Closing

Additional topics for the agenda can be requested until August the 8th by
mail to board at gnupg dot org.
