Have a look at the gpg 1.0.7's key server functions.  They are a lot
more versatile now.  And we are continuing to improve it.  GPGME has
an interface to cope with remote listings.  But anyway nothing we have
to care about now.

Almost all GNOME and KDE programs use "Help".  Just checked a few
Windows programs - The German programs mostly use "?".  Mozilla and
some other "Help".  So "Info" might confuse the user.
