Yes, replaceing ctAPI and pc/sc was only for me to
make the file easier to understand. A real patch
should simply add openct as third method to
talk to readers, not replace the first two.

Yes, thats right. I started with a simple implementation, 
one that works I can look at the original code and try
to add those features again.
