I have built the various modules for gpg/mime under kmail as described in=
=20
http://kmail.kde.org/kmail-pgpmime-howto.html, although I had to remove gnu=
=20
pth to get gpg-agent to run with out a seg fault. When I try the gpg-agent=
=20
test I am getting the following dialog:

echo "test" | gpg -ase -r 0x4176EECA | gpg

Is this what the web page refers to as a "graphical password dialog"? If I=
=20
supply the passphrase (twice), it does encrypt/decrypt the word "test".

In anycase, when I try using the crypto plugin in kmail, it refuses to sign=
=20
mail, giving the error "#19 no pass phase" message. If I remove the line=20
use-agent from my gpg.conf file, and use the inline OpenPGP (built-in) then=
=20
it prompts for a password and send on the mail and sig.=20

Is my problem in gpg-agent or in the kmail configuration?

Thanks,
murray smigel
