[trivial patch] pkg-config support for libgcrypt

Hello,

attached you can find a quite trivial patch for adding pkg-config
support to gcrypt. It is based on gnutls' pkg-config support (which
explains the copyright statement in the pc file).

(SID)ametzler at argenau:$ pkg-config --libs libgcrypt
-lgcrypt
(SID)ametzler at argenau:$ pkg-config --libs libgcrypt --static
-lgcrypt -lgpg-error
(SID)ametzler at argenau:$ pkg-config --variable=digests libgcrypt
crc md4 md5 rmd160 sha1 sha256 sha512 tiger
