In the meantime Andrey Jivsov has developed the ECC code for GnuPG.

A few days ago we got noticed that the legal papers are signed, so me
and Andrey merely need to find the time to merge his ECC patches into
GnuPG and Libgcrypt.  The next GnuPG 2.1 beta will feature ECC support
and thus libgcrypt will also feature ECDH in addition to ECDSA.
