Unterschied zwischen "-r" und "--r"

Hatte einige Probleme beim Verschluesseln von mehreren Email Empfaengern.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen "-r" und "--r"

***funktioniert nicht***  Option --rr is ambiguous
gpg --homedir "C:\Documents and Settings\michi.6485A5A9B\My Documents\Visual
Studio 2005\WebSites\AnonymousSpeech\App_Data\gnupg" --armor --r hallo5 --r
hallo4 --encrypt

***funktioniert 
gpg --homedir "C:\Documents and Settings\michi.6485A5A9B\My Documents\Visual
Studio 2005\WebSites\AnonymousSpeech\App_Data\gnupg" --armor -r hallo5 -r
hallo4 --encrypt
