US Restrictions for gnupg

Hi!

  I'm planning to make gnupg port/package for FreeBSD.  But I don't know
what relations between gnupg and US crypto regulation.

1) Can we distribute gnupg tarball from US ftp site to other countries?
2) Are there any restrictions about crypto code in gnupg?
