Collecting bugs

A copy of Jitterbug running somewhere for collecting reports might not be
a bad idea. It would make sure that no reports are lost, keeps it all in
the public eye, and lets people see what the status of their report is
from time to time.

Maybe the GIMP folks could be approached regarding a logo...are they still
running their logo contest?
