0.9.2 fixes some bugs

This is mainly a bug fix release.

Noteworthy changes in version 0.9.2
-----------------------------------

    * add some additional time warp checks.

    * Option --keyserver and command --send-keys to utilize HKP servers.

    * Upgraded to zlib 1.1.3 and fixed an inflate bug

    * More cleanup on the cleartext signatures.
