There is an inconsistency with revoking userids. When deleting userids,
deleting subkeys, and revoking subkeys, the user must select the
component to be deleted or revoked. When revoking a userid, however,
the interface simply queries for each userid whether or not to revoke it.
To be consistent, revoking userids ought to use the same userid selection
interface that deleting userids requires.
