This is bogus.  Sitting around making judgement calls about people's
computing platforms is out of scope for this tool.  You might as well
ship them a 6 line program that says YOUR TRUSTED COMPUTING PLATFORM
IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME. GO AWAY.

If you don't want it to be used by other applications, and therefore
you mean to limit it's use, you've done an excellent job.
