"allow-non-selfsigned-uid"

Would it be possible tonarrow this option down to be
"allow-non-selfsigned-uid-if-main-uid"? I find most rsa keys I deal with
have only one uid, andit isn't self-signed. I want to allow them by
default, but deny everything else.

Feasability? Thoughts?
