gnupg received error during 'make'

I installed it on box which has HP's ANSI C compiler installed, it worked!
Now I'm receiving the following warning:
gpg: Warning: using insecure memory!

This is when I issue any of the gpg commands.

Looks like you are using the bundled C compiler, which is not ANSI
compatible.
Try compiling on a box which has HP's ANSI C compiler installed (or if you
don't have this, perhaps gcc will work ?).
