[Maint] address change

Hi,

I know that some folks here are still posting to the old
g10 at net.lut.ac.uk address.  I have asked Martin to remove this
forwarding because it was the source for most of the junk mail here.  
(simply because the listserver get's the IP address from the Received
header and the forwarding messed this up - I'd like to replace 
sendmail, but the real Admins like this good old code ;-)

Please use 

  gnupg-devel at gnupg.org

or alias

  g10 at gnupg.org

which is even short than the .uk address.
