RSA now in the public domain

If you haven't heard already, RSA Data Security released RSA into the
public domain today, in advance of the patent expiring. See:

This has some interesting legal implications, in that since it is now
public domain, I believe it is not subject to US export restrictions, as
they presently stand. And of course, there are no royalties now.
