CVSWeb is broken

Hi,

I've been trying to browse using the cvsweb interface at http://cvs.gnupg.org/
and trying to get it to give you a specific revision of a file gives the
following permissions problem:

| Error: Unexpected output from cvs co: cvs checkout: Sorry, you don't have
| read/write access to the history file cvs [checkout aborted]:
| /cvs/gnupg/CVSROOT/history: Permission denied
|
| Check whether the directory /cvs/gnupg/CVSROOT exists and the script has
| write-access to the CVSROOT/history file if it exists.
| The script needs to place lock files in the directory the file is in as
| well.
