A GPG version of the PGPstealth program?

This may not be sufficient: the packet structure is still there to be seen.
But Andrew may always wrap the ciphertext inside a picture, using a
steganographic program that does not alter the statistics, such as Niels
Provos' Outguess 0.2 ( www.outguess.org ).
