new release of gnupg windows installer (1.0.4-3)

Hi,

a new Windows installer is available at
ftp://intevation.de/users/jan/gnupg/
for testing (I tested it on W2000 only).

Now Registry entries work.
gpa still does not work - thats the next
job on my list.

There is still missing a sensible readme
in german. There should be a shorter one
in english as well.
hints? suggestions?
