GPGME autogen.sh problem after cvs co problem

This is by far not a serious problem.  I got pgpme via the anon cvs route
and autogen.sh would not work for me.  It kept on complaining that
install-sh nor install.sh could be found.

To fix this all you need to do is call 'automake -a' from inside teh
autogen script.
