gpg-1.0.5 for Agenda Vr3, revised Benchmarks

The Dragonball CPU used in the Palm is not precisely a speed demon. I have
seen comparative benchmarks for StrongARM (allegedly Palm's choice for their
next generation of PDA's) that were showing a speed increase, for public key
operations, of about 50 times...
