Speaking from my experience implementing this for GPA, they are completely

They are already in CVS, but there is no documentation yet. The functions
used are gpgme_key_sig_get_string_attr and gpgme_key_sig_get_ulong_attr. But
first you need to fetch the signatures by using a different keylist mode.
If you want to see an example of how it's used, there is one in GPA CVS
(file src/siglist.c, and in gpa_siglist_set_userid () you have the cleanest
example).
