I think I have found a bug in the latest GnuPG v1.0.7a-cvs
(29-May-2002). When generating a new keypair, build_sig_subpkt() calls
parse_one_sig_subpkt() with a type of SIGSUBPKT_KS_FLAGS. Since there
is no 'case' for SIGSUBPKT_KS_FLAGS, parse_one_sig_subpkt() returns -1
and GnuPG fails.
