zh_TW.po for GnuPG 1.2.1

Hi all,

Autrijus justn helped me finishing some minimal update in
the zh_TW.po, which is still available at
http://GPGzilla.org/zh_TW.po.asc
(note: my previous post provide an error url, sorry for that.)

And, a pre-compiled gnupg.mo in zh_TW is also available at
http://GPGzilla.org/gnupg.mo with a signature available at
http://GPGzilla.org/gnupg.mo.asc
