cancel the passphrase to use GPG in batch mode

Using the Win32 version I cancel the passphrase in my private key follow the instruction of  the item 4.14 of the gnupg's FAQ.
I don't understand how to "install the secring.auto as the secret keyring" and what is the meaning of the "start new service".
When I use gpg.exe I call the command in a batch files.
