[Announce] gpgme 0.3.15 released

Hi!

We have released gpgme 0.3.15.  This version fixes an assertion failure when
signing with the CMS protocol (GpgSM), and makes use of the progress
callbacks in the edit interface.  Note that this is considered to be a stable
version and should be used as long as the forthcoming features from the the
development version are not required.
