Running Mac OS X 10.2.6
iMac 500MHz PowerPC G3 processor
Darwin Kernel Version 6.6: Thu May  1 21:48:54 PDT 2003;
root:xnu/xnu-344.34.obj~1/RELEASE_PPC

Built GnuPG 1.3.2 over existing 1.3.1 version, which included IDEA.

1. First build: idea.c module was not copied into cipher (on purpose).
Resulting build didn't show IDEA (gpg --version)
Note: when 1.3.1 was installed over existing 1.0.7 (with IDEA), the
resulting 1.3.1 included IDEA.

2. Second build; idea.c module was downloaded from the danish server
and copied into cipher.

2.1. In the config process, the following output was found: 'checking
whether to enable the IDEA cipher... yes'
2.2. The make process shows:
Making all in checks
echo '#!/bin/sh' >./gpg_dearmor

2.5. GPGPreferences shows that load-extension IDEA is enabled.

2.6. % ls /usr/local/lib/gnupg
idea

2.6. GPGKeys, GPGFileTool, GPGPreferences (except for the IDEA bit),
and MailGPG seem to be working correctly.

Question: since idea is listed at its correct location, might there be
a permissions problem?

Thanks in advance for your attention.
Charly
