GnuPG -> 6.5.8 Export?

I've seen this a few times.  I think there is a problem with PGP 6.5.8
in how it handles v4 RSA.

The standard dead chicken for this sort of thing is to set the
passphrase on the problem key to nothing (i.e. just hit return when
prompted for a new passphrase).
