[Announce] libgpg-error 0.4 released

We are pleased to announce version 0.4 of libgpg-error,
a library for common error values and messages in GnuPG components.

This is a shared library so it can be updated independently of each
individual component, while still allowing the use of new error values in
inter-process communication.

It may soon be found in the file (about 364 KB compressed)
ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/alpha/libgpg-error/libgpg-error-0.4.tar.gz

It should soon appear on the mirrors listed at
http://www.gnupg.org/mirrors.html.

Bug reports and requests for assistance should be sent to

Noteworthy changes in version 0.4 (2003-09-03)

 * Fixed another bug that prevented that system errors were created
   correctly in the first place.
