Small bug in doc/DETAILS

Hi,

just a comment to 'IMPORT_RES' in doc/DETAILS.

According to the latest version from cvs ( 1.59.2.10:1.2.5rc1,
1.79:HEAD) IMPORT_RES has 13 values.

This is not true for at least 1.2.3 .. 1.2.5rc1, 1.3.5 .. HEAD. There is
another value 'skipped_new_keys' in import.c:import_print_stats()
(cvs 1.68.2.19:1.2.5rc1, 1.111:HEAD) just before <not_imported>.
