"--verify-options" - 1.3.6 had "show-validity", that's changed to 
"show-uid-validity"? it doesn't seem to be backwards compatable with a 
1.3.6 config file. also "--display-charset" (1.3.6) seems to have changed 
to "--charset".

"--debug-ccid-driver" (1.3.6) seems to be gone.
