Bug in GPG for Windows - gpg: invalid key resource URL for keyrings

Hi,

im using the same version (1.4.2) and tested this on
multiple WinXP clients - this seems to be an issue
with the cygwin GNUPG - i installed gpg through the
setup installer of cygwin.

Anyone else have the same issues ?
