The elliptic curve project to GnuPG has been moved to a new server. Now the 
web address is:
http://www.calcurco.cat/eccGnuPG/

And the sources patch sould be available in:
http://www.calcurco.cat/eccGnuPG/src/gnupg-1.4.6-ecc0.1.6.diff.bz2

And the beta patch in:
http://www.calcurco.cat/eccGnuPG/src/gnupg-1.4.6-ecc0.2.0beta1.diff.bz2
