I think he's referring to IDEA keys in the sense of PGP 2.x: v3 RSA
keys that always use IDEA as their cipher.
We need to let PGP 2.x stay dead. I had fond hopes that the MD5 break
would kill PGP 2.x for good, but I was - alas - mistaken.
