GnuPG 2.0 for Win + Feature requests

Hello there!

Firstly: I am wondering, that there is still no compiled version (of the 2.0 series) for Windows. What's the reason?

Then I have also two feature requests:

1. Support for secure wiping files
2. A Steganography feature

I know, that GnuPG is mainly for encryption, but I think to add those kind of features would make sense.
