[patch] G13 and EncFS

Hi!

As some of you might have noticed, I am currently working on a new GnuPG
tool to manage a crypto container with OpenPGP or X.509 keys. This tool
is called g13 and will be part of GnuPG 2.1. It is in the trunk of
GnuPG's SVN repository. Take care: The code is far from being usable.

The first crypto container we are going to support is EncFS:
http://www.arg0.net/encfs . However we need some minor changes and thus
I attach a patch verified with Debian's current version of EncFS
(1.5.2). I don't now how long it will take until we get it into Debian
proper. For the time being this patch should be used.

The patch adds a new option --annotate to the encfs tool so that scripts
can reliable detect prompts. It is most useful along with --stdinpass.

Salam-Shalom,

   Werner
