[PATCH] Fix alignment in serpent.c

When compiling with -Wcast-align I've got some warnings in serpent.c 
upon closer examination it revealed that this is a real problem. Serpent 
assumes key, input and output to be aligned but even in selftests it's 
not guaranteed to be. Attached patch fixes the issue without performance 
impact
