Unable to compile GnuPG 2.1 beta 3

Oh, it is back.  I had this problem for while but not the time to look
at it.  I used ./configure --disable-dirmngr to work around it.  Now
when I was ready to look at the problem it vanished.  Most likely due
to an update of my Debian Sid box.

I'll try to replicate the problem on another box.
